Martin Burgess has been a chartered surveyor for in excess of 30 years, dealing mainly with retail agency and general development situations throughout the country. Prior to setting up his own agency in 2006 he worked in several high-profile central London practices and has dealt over the years with numerous significant development situations ranging from the former Bank of England in Birmingham to much smaller single unit developments, largely retail led, as well as dealing with significant acquisition and disposal programmes for blue chip retailers. Major clients over the years include such names as Capital and Regional, Henderson, Costa Coffee, Ladbrokes, Morrisons, and Martin McColls, amongst many others.

Paul Purewal has over 30 years experience in property development. Over the past 15 years he was responsible for the acquisition and development of new stores for Ladbrokes in London & the South East. Over that time in excess of 200 new sites were opened, with Paul being responsible for overseeing the whole development and shopfitting process, involving dealing with Landlords, the sourcing of contracts, procurement, and overall project management of schemes which often involved residential or commercial upper parts. This role involved dealing with and obtaining all the necessary planning and licensing consents required from the appropriate Local Authorities or other bodies, together with the necessity to deliver projects within budget and within often critical timescales.
